I have been seeing Megan to help with my weightloss and health journey, and I have to say she is so supportive and never judges me. Losing weight after 40 gets harder but Megan gives you the tools to make it easier, she not only teaches you about correct nutrition but she helps with mindset and gives you tips to keep your mind in the game and focussed.
